Ehattesaht-Chinehkint Community Liaison

The Ha’oom Community Liaison will support their community of one of the five Nations (Ahousaht, Ehattesaht, Hesquiaht, Mowachaht/Muchalaht, Tla-o-qui-aht) with the objectives of the Salmon Laws Project by ensuring inclusive and culturally appropriate methods while engaging in the community. The Community Liaison will be responsible for ongoing communication and feedback with the Salmon Laws Project Coordinator. They will work directly in the community, and they are the first point of contact for Elders, Knowledge Keepers, Resource Advisory Council, and the community members. Reporting to the Salmon Laws Project Coordinator, the Community Liaison plays a strong community advocacy role.
